Your parcel is handed to Royal Mail or our courier partner. You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking info.

Sustainable Packaging
Every order is packed with the planet in mind. We use recycled kraft boxes, biodegradable packing fill, natural twine, and paper tape — no plastic, no bubble wrap, no guilt.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 working days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
Things occasionally go astray. Here's what to do:
- Not arrived within 10 working days? Let us know
- Damaged parcel? Take a photo and email us immediately
- Wrong items? We'll send the right ones and a return label
- Wrong address provided? Contact us ASAP — once dispatched, rerouting may incur a fee
Sending a Gift?
All gift sets and individual items are wrapped beautifully and include a handwritten thank-you note as standard. If you're sending directly to the recipient, simply enter their address at checkout and add your personal message — we'll hand-write it on artisan paper and include it in the parcel.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 incur a flat shipping fee of £3.95 for mainland UK and £5.95 for remote areas.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Mainland UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote areas may take 3-7 working days. We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of order confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the UK only. We are working on expanding to EU destinations soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel or any items inside arrive damaged, please take photos and email us at hello@thesoothingoddity.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Absolutely. At checkout, you can enter any UK delivery address. This is perfect for sending gifts directly to friends and family. Just make sure the address is complete and accurate.
